How to change Display name to Email Id of Email sender?

If u open Outlook 2003 it takes you to Inbox directly. Ther u can view From, Subject, Received, etc., Here In From column u can view Mail sender's Name. Here I want the Mail senders Mail Id. How to change this option in outlook 2003.How to change Display name to Email Id of Email sender?
