How to change display language into Chinese in Windows?

Does any1 know how to change the whole computer or most of the computer system to display Chinese. Right now, I'm currently using Windows XP SP2 (English Version) But some ppl say dat u can find a free software online to translate the display language but i cant. You can find it somewhere in google????How to change display language into Chinese in Windows?
Do this:

1) go to your control panel

2) double click on ';Regional and Languages Options';

3) click the ';Languages'; tab at thet op

4) check the box saying ';Install files for East Asian Languages';

5) Click on Apply to install (need your windows cd)

6) Once installed, click on the ';Details...'; button on the same screen

7) Click on the ';Add'; button and you will be able to select Chinese languages to add and this will enable you to write in Chinese.

If you want to turn your entire windows machine to use Chinese programs that are not unicode, follow this:

1) In the same ';Regional and Languages Options'; panel, click on the ';Advanced'; tab at the top.

2) In the drop-down, select the appropriate Chinese language.

3) Restart computer.How to change display language into Chinese in Windows?
Go to

1)Control Panel

2)Regional and Language Option

3)In Regional Options change the language from English to which ever Chinese you want to use. Your entire computer will become Chinese.

4)Change the Location to your Chinese location, China, Taiwan...etc. And things like webpages will become Chinese.

5)Go to Advanced and change it to same as 4, China...or whichever and you will be able to read Chinese programs.

6)Restart computer.
Does anyone really reads the question. To translate your WINXP from english to any other language try looking for Winxp(language you need) then patch. There are patches for lots of languages but I'm not sure if there is one for chinese. Good luck anyway.
