On the web messenger (when you sign into your emails and sign into messenger that way) How do you change you display name or display picture without going into the actual program thats downloaded onto your computer???

You can change your picture through your emails but you can't change your screen name without going online. If you don't wanna talk to someone while changing your picture/screen name, if that is the case you can always just appear offline and no one will be able to see you.
