Just got the LG neon and cant figure out how to change the Display greeting?

(by greeting i mean what shows up on my background/wallpaper when i open my phone)

ive been able to do this on every other phone ive owned(even 6 years ago) so i dont get why i cant find it(if it has one)

Ive looked in Settings%26lt;display but isnt anything thereJust got the LG neon and cant figure out how to change the Display greeting?
kay well go to settings, click on display, and click on standby text.

then you can change it.
