How do you change the display driver size settings?

I just uploaded an update to my display driver an now everything is tiny: My web pages, my homescreen icons, the clock in the corner, etc... How do I adjust them back and make them bigger?How do you change the display driver size settings?
right click on desktop screen. click on personalize. click on display settings. Slide bar to adjust. click apply. click ok. Hope this helps!
