Your Vieta TC-26LX70 has a native resolution of 1366x768. It displays 720p High Definition by default. You should not have to set anything.
While most PS3 games are written for 720p resolutions, many Blu-Ray discs ARE encoded at 1080p. To get full 1080p Blu-Ray playback you will need a TV that can do 1920x1080 resolution though.How do u change the display settings on a panasonic viera tc-26lx70 to 720 p?
The PS3 automatically sets the resolution as long as it's connected via HDMI.
It doesn't matter really, considering most PS3 games and blu-ray movies' native resolution is 720p.
