Does anyone know how to change the display resolution on a neuro-logic KVM switch?

Our KVM switch is not set to the proper resolution, so when we pull it out and try to see our servers' display it searches/scans through multiple resolutions and then ends up saying 'Out of Range'. Can someone help.Does anyone know how to change the display resolution on a neuro-logic KVM switch?
Hi there. Without more information about what exactly you're hooking the KVM switch up to, it will be somewhat hard for me to assist you properly. I'd imagine what's probably happening is that you have the Console portion of the KVM switched attached to an LCD monitor that only support 1-3 different refresh rates. Since the KVM switch tries to talk to the monitor and the monitor can't render what the KVM switch supports, the monitor doesn't know how to interpret the signal. Try changing the refresh rate to 60Hz, then 65Hz, then 70Hz until you no longer see the ';No Signal'; message from your monitor. If you don't have an LCD monitor, by all means, provide more information about the hardware that's involved (including any relevant technical specifications about the hardware such as supported resolution/refresh rates.
