How to get a display picture on msn?

Hey i've checked in 'file' and 'tools' and everywhere but there's nowhere that says 'change display picture' or anything. I really want one. Please help!How to get a display picture on msn?

click on the little arrow next to your name where it shoudl say 'online' then go down to 'options'

you shoud find a 'change display picture' button and just click on that
