Cingular employees, How do I change the display word?

on my LG C1300 cell display. Right now it says ';Cingular';, in the top middle of the screen, but I know there is a way to change it and type in what you want . I had my name on my last phone.Cingular employees, How do I change the display word?
you used to be able to change those... but now it can only be changed by cingular Tech reps in the call center.... and they are not supposed to do itCingular employees, How do I change the display word?
